At-Con Engineering & Architecture Consultancy PLC is a well-established and reputable consulting company based in Addis Ababa. We are engaged in the design and supervision of civil engineering works, including roads, bridges, buildings, water supply systems, and other infrastructure projects.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural design, project coordination, and supervision activities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in design development, project management, and construction supervision with excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development from concept to detailed design stage
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil engineering teams for integrated project delivery
• Supervise construction works to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and resolve design-related issues during project execution
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and client requirements
• Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and material approvals
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design review sessions
• Mentor junior architects and support the technical development of the design team
• Apply BIM processes and standards throughout project implementation
