About the Role

TACON PLC SARL is recruiting a Senior Strategy Officer to serve within the Office of the Chief Executive Officer. This is a critical, high-trust position that demands an individual of exceptional intellectual calibre, professional sophistication, and an unwavering passion for reading, writing, and the relentless pursuit of knowledge.

The Senior Strategy Officer will function as the Chief Strategic Officer's assistant in matters of strategic documentation, corporate communication, executive decision support, and high-level liaison. The role requires someone who is not merely competent but extraordinary — a person whose speed of understanding, depth of analysis, and quality of expression set them apart. This is not a routine administrative position; it is a role for an exceptional individual who will become an indispensable extension of the CEO's office.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis across business, finance, regulatory, competitive, and operational domains to support the Chief Strategy Officer's decision-making
• Assist in formulating, refining, and stress-testing corporate strategies, growth initiatives, and investment theses for Group CEO and Board consideration
• Draft and review strategy documents, corporate proposals, investment memoranda, Board papers, partnership frameworks, and executive briefing notes under the Chief Strategy Officer's direction
• Prepare decision papers, executive summaries, talking points, and presentation materials — concise, compelling, and ready for immediate use by senior leadership
• Represent the Chief Strategy Officer in designated engagements with internal departments, external partners, government institutions, and international counterparts across multiple jurisdictions
• Manage the Chief Strategy Officer's strategic workstreams: track deliverables, deadlines, and action items; maintain document control and filing systems; ensure follow-through on initiatives
