Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified Performance Auditor to join our team. This role involves conducting comprehensive audits to evaluate the economy, efficiency, and effectiveness of programs and organizational operations. The successful candidate will research and prepare audit proposals, collect and analyze performance data through various research methods, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct performance audits to evaluate programs, projects, and organizations for economy, efficiency, and effectiveness in achieving goals and delivering value for money
• Prepare proposals for performance audits and identify relevant laws, policies, and criteria to guide the audit process
• Gather and interpret performance-related data using quantitative and qualitative research methods such as interviews, questionnaires, and data analysis
• Identify operational weaknesses and issues through systematic data analysis
• Document audit work and findings in working papers
• Prepare comprehensive reports with findings and recommendations
• Communicate audit results and recommendations to stakeholders
• Assess organizational performance against established goals and best practices
