About the Role

As Director of the Payment Application Department, you will oversee the strategic alignment of payment applications with business requirements and system objectives. This role focuses on maintaining system integrity, optimizing application performance, and driving continuous improvement across the payment application portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure payment applications align with business requirements and systems goals
• Address and resolve system issues promptly and effectively
• Review and enhance the effectiveness of existing applications
• Disseminate best practices across the department and organization
• Recommend and evaluate software products and services
• Evaluate new applications and proposed enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout testing phases
• Ensure new software integrations meet functional and compliance standards
