At-Con Engineering & Architecture Consultancy PLC is a well-established and reputable consulting company based in Addis Ababa. We are engaged in the design and supervision of civil engineering works, including roads, bridges, buildings, water supply systems, and other infrastructure projects.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Structural Engineer to handle structural design, analysis, and supervision of construction works. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in structural systems and practical experience in project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare structural analysis, design calculations, and detailed structural drawings
• Review and approve contractor shop drawings and structural material submissions
• Ensure construction works comply with structural design specifications and standards
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical solutions for structural issues
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other project stakeholders
• Review BOQs, technical specifications, and tender documents related to structural works
• Monitor quality control of concrete, steel, and other structural components
• Support project supervision and ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards
• Participate in progress meetings and prepare technical reports
• Implement BIM coordination and structural modeling standards

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of proven professional experience in structural design and supervision
• Strong technical expertise in structural systems
• Practical experience in project implementation
