## Title: Senior Project Management, Research & Business Development Officer

About the Role

TACON PLC SARL is recruiting a Senior Project Management, Research & Business Development Officer for a high-impact position responsible for the entire lifecycle of new TAF Group business ventures. This role spans from opportunity identification and feasibility assessment through to business plan development, entity setup, and operational handover.

The successful candidate will manage a rigorous, repeatable project lifecycle across three integrated phases: Research & Project Inception, Project Design (Business Plan Development), and Project Implementation (Setup & Launch). The role demands an individual who can deliver feasibility studies, investment cases, and Board-level business plans while simultaneously coordinating legal incorporation, procurement, recruitment, and IT deployment for new Group companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead opportunity identification, sector intelligence gathering, and pre-feasibility screening for all new TAF Group business ventures across construction, energy, mining, real estate, logistics, and manufacturing sectors
  • Manage full feasibility studies including market analysis, technical assessment, financial modelling (10-year projections, IRR, NPV), regulatory mapping, risk assessment, and go/no-go recommendations
  • Produce comprehensive business plans with revenue architecture, organisational design, capital structuring, and implementation master schedules for Group CEO and Board approval
  • Direct end-to-end project implementation for new entities: legal incorporation, senior recruitment coordination, equipment procurement, facility deployment, and IT systems rollout
  • Submit monthly project status reports to the Group DCEO; conduct milestone review meetings; escalate critical issues, scope changes, or budget overruns immediately
  • Execute formal operational readiness assessments and handover protocols for each new entity, including handover reports and KPI baseline setting
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Group divisions
