About the Role

Trans North Trading PLC is seeking a qualified Sales Manager to join our team in Addis Ababa. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading our sales operations to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals
• Lead and motivate the sales team, setting clear objectives and performance expectations
• Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities, markets, and customer segments
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales and promotional campaigns
• Participate in product development and pricing strategies based on market feedback
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging sales technologies
