Quality Control Supervisor

About the Role

The Quality Control Supervisor oversees production operations to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards. This position is responsible for monitoring documentation related to PRP, HACCP, and the food safety management system, and ensuring proper implementation of all control measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations to maintain quality and food safety standards compliance
• Monitor and manage documentation related to PRP (Prerequisite Programs)
• Supervise HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) procedures
• Ensure proper implementation of food safety management system controls
• Supervise staff to maintain consistent adherence to food safety and quality practices
• Monitor all operations to ensure control measures are properly executed

Requirements

• Food safety and quality standards knowledge
• Experience with HACCP and PRP documentation
• Supervisory and team management capabilities
• Understanding of food safety management systems
