## Title: Customer Service Officer II
Job Summary
Under close supervision, this role provides front-line banking services to customers. The Customer Service Officer II assists with various banking operations, ensures accurate transaction processing, and delivers reliable, customer-focused service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in completing various banking forms
- Perform front-line operations including account opening, local transfers, international money transfers, and cash operations
- Issue passbooks and cheque books to customers
- Maintain custody of customers' specimen signature cards
- Initial deposit and withdrawal vouchers to verify accuracy of signatures
- Identify payees of negotiable instruments
- Approve transactions when assigned as checker
- Answer customer inquiries and provide support
- Serve as maker and checker in transaction processing
- Maintain fast, reliable, and customer-focused banking services
