Data Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst with a strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and analytical modeling to support our technology-driven products and platforms. This role focuses on transforming complex data into actionable insights that improve product performance, user experience, and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strong quantitative skills with technical expertise in data tools and has experience working in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze product, user, and operational data to generate actionable insights
• Design and maintain dashboards to track key product and business metrics
• Perform data validation, cleaning, and transformation from multiple systems
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business teams
• Conduct A/B testing and experiments to improve product features
• Translate data findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities
• Support decision-making with data-driven insights

Advanced Analytical Responsibilities

• Apply mathematical and statistical techniques including regression modeling, time series forecasting, probability modeling, and hypothesis testing
• Build predictive models for user behavior, churn, and performance
• Use concepts from linear algebra, calculus, and optimization in analysis
• Analyze large-scale datasets to identify patterns and system behavior
• Support algorithm performance analysis (e.g., recommendation systems, ranking models)
