About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, lead, and control banking activities of the branch office
• Ensure compliance with Bank operating procedures, rules, code of practices, regulator directives, and country law across all staff
• Coordinate sales and business development efforts to drive branch growth
• Lead customer service initiatives and guide the branch toward operational excellence
• Prepare and submit annual budgets, work plans, and activity and progress reports
• Participate in community activities and maintain strong relationships with the business community
• Promote Bank services and offerings within the local business network
