About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our busy second-hand retail store. We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to run and maintain our growing buy shop department.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers who want to sell items or arrange loans
• Test various items before finalizing deals
• Provide customer support via phone, WhatsApp, and Facebook
• Manage daily marketing activities both in-store and on social media

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Previous buying experience (essential)
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Computer literacy with good to excellent typing skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong work ethic
• Reliable transport to and from work to accommodate retail hours

Desirable Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Own vehicle
