About the Position
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Accountant to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in Woodmead, Johannesburg, available to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- General office administration and support
- Processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting with month-end reporting
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Requirements
- 2–3 years' experience in an administrative or accounting role
- Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping (advantageous)
- Proficiency in MS Office, with Excel being essential
- Experience with accounting software such as Pastel, Xero, or Sage (advantageous)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
