About the Role

We are seeking a high-performance Sales Representative to join our team at Heavy Duty Parts. This is an excellent opportunity for a goal-driven professional who thrives under pressure and is motivated by earning competitive income.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell heavy-duty parts with a focus on JCB 3CX & 3DX equipment
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Generate new business and expand existing accounts
• Make 25+ calls daily to prospects and clients
• Hit and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate daily reports and records

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and closing skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Consistent, disciplined, and self-motivated approach
• Sales experience is advantageous, but attitude and drive are essential

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Basic Salary: R6,000 per month
• R8,000 when R100,000/month sales target is reached
• R10,000 when R200,000/month sales target is reached
• Commission: 10% on sales above R250,000
• Unlimited earning potential for top performers
