## Title: Administrative Accountant

About the Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Accountant to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in Woodmead, Johannesburg, available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

  • General office administration and support
  • Processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations
  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Assisting with month-end reporting
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

Requirements

  • 2–3 years' experience in an administrative or accounting role
  • Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping (advantageous)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with Excel being essential
  • Experience with accounting software such as Pastel, Xero, or Sage (advantageous)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
